We recently carried out 2 x two week projects with 4 post graduate MPhil students from the
Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), Cambridge University. They looked at various aspects of both
our manufacturing and business processes. After comprehensive data collection and analysis they
developed a staged action plan with clear short,medium and long term targets.
These are currently under implementation and we anticipate them to have a major impact into
our manufacturing and marketing activities and to streamline our operation further.
